poll: most underrated frat

On this list, I would say the most >underrated< are SAE and FIJI.
Sig Ep and KA are both better fraternities than the ones mentioned, but they're right where they should be. On the other hand, Sigma Pi and Delta Chi aren't as good and are in the spot they should be.
These two have a LOT of potential. Good locations on College Ave, Strong national brands(FIJI is big up north, and SAE is the biggest frat by numbers in America), and both have grown significantly in the past couple of years. FIJI Never gets in trouble because they have a lot of brothers involved in government and IFC, and SAE just had Nationals come down and boot out all of their old bums who were stealing money and dragging them down.
It's up to the guys in each to actually make their chapters better now. Let's see who it's gonna be...

It actually baffles me how there’s no frats left and delti chi and the siggy piggies managed to pull a Pc is straight weirdos

Delta chi isn’t any better than they were last year? Idk why everyone has the idea that because 10 delta chi’s live in phi delts house they are all the sudden on the rise. Go meet one you’ll realize they are all pole smokers
