They literally live a few houses apart. I’ll bet some are friends. Doesn’t have to be beef between every person in every house. Very similar houses so ofc they know each other

Say what you want about sigma pi but they get a good amount of traffic on game days, delta chi doesn’t do horrible either especially considering heritage is on the come down. But I would still say college ave is the move
