Project OX was garbage. Worst event ever. Sigma Pi and Delta Chi had much better parties. You don’t host parties at a Motel 6 Theta Chi. Learn to get a better house.

Theta chi is a good fraternity and the party looked wild, I feel like someone is trying to make this look like it was posted by a sigma pi or delta chee at this point. This site of full of anonymous trolls I wouldn’t believe everything you read on here

Theta chi has established themself as a top tier now at FSU.
