why is theta chi it’s own tier?

I mean don’t get me wrong, they’re good. But I don’t think they’re that much different than some middle tier frats like sigep, KA, and SAE to where they are their own tier. There house is awful so that’s not even going for them

Theta chi has a really bad house but good looking brothers. If it wasn’t for their looks they would be bottom tier and if they had a nice house they’d be top tier but for now they are their own tier

Lol SAE back at it again by trying to compare with Theta Chi. If anyone was to be paired with them it would have to be Sig Ep. They are the only ones that could MAYBE be in the same tier with Theta Chi. But I do think it’s weird that they are their own tier.

SAE is lower-mid tier at best. They aren’t really comparable to Theta Chi or Sig ep so it seems weird they were added. It could be a KA that wrote this but it’s not as believable as an SAE making this post. They always try to include themselves in the convo
