greek life tension

why do people care so much about rankings? If you fit in and like the guys you’re around, nothing else really matters. Certain people fit better in certain houses, doesn’t mean they’re inherently worse or better than another person.

If we want a strong and healthy Greek system we have to support each other and not act hyped when a frat gets kicked off. We’re all in one community and no one wins when we’re at risk of losing some of the remaining houses. More houses = bigger and better community.

Everyone loses when we lose a house on campus, and if we are all less adversarial towards each other we stand a better chance at Greek life staying at FSU for a long time.

We get hyped bc theyre the ones not following ifcs (admittedly bullshtt) rules and not paying the price for it.

IFC should represent the fraternities and call out the university admins when they force BS stuff on the fraternities. If ifc doesn’t represent the chapters then the fraternities need to leave the ifc and create their own protective organization.
