potential new ranking after suspension?

If Delt and Phi Tau get kicked off, who replaces them and what are the ranks? Would the top 4 be Pike (obviously will always be number 1), ATO, Theta chi, and SigEp? Because that seems odd to me and not right

I think it just means the top tier shrinks down until the current mid tiers prove to be top tier material. I have a feeling the mid tiers will either step up their game and become top tier or become so cringe
