Hate to say it but fraternities don't get a trial. All it takes is an allegation and the schools will boot you and your nationals will turn their back. No justice. However, for the criminal cases against the individual members that will come from this they can definitely use a defense lawyer.

Fraternities are VERY relevant, but the administration is quick to kill any fraternity who doesn’t act like a sorority. Men are always going to want to join fraternities.
