Saw that they got phi delts old house, that’s super cool! Met some the other night and they were so nice! Awesome house, nice brothers, why are they not looked at in a better light?

DX will use that house to grow and become more competitive, like Sig Pi has done with he old LXA house.

They’re bottom tier, acquiring phi delts house will do little to change that. Girls don’t go to events just because a frat has a nice house. That’s why delta chi and sigma pis tailgates look even emptier now.

Kappa Sig has a cool house. SAE has a cool house. Sig Ep is building a cool house. Are they top tier? Nah.

Conversely, Delt's house is tiny, Phi Tau has a heritage shack and tailgates at SAE, and Theta Chi lies in a motel 6. However, they're all top tier.
