is pike that good here?

Transferring from pike Penn State. We are considered one of the top tier frats there.

It’s a matter of scale. At Penn State Pike is probably top five out of 50. At FSU Pike is top out of 16.

Im not even in pike and will say that not only are they top here, they are prob the top in the country

Pike has always been good at Florida, for over 100 years. They got set back for a while on probation, but they're rebuilding and will take their place again with ATO, Phi Delt, Sigma Chi.
Best house location, directly across from The Swamp.

Pike is good at Florida but def not at the top. They might be across from the swamp but aren’t on frat row

“Frat row”? Pike, ATO , Phi Delt none of those are on ‘frat row’. No magic ‘frat row’ at Florida.

Don't know anything about greek life at florida but we don't really have a "frat row" here anymore either. We used to in Heritage, but things change.
