delta chi felta guy

I heard delta chi is in serious debt and is currently paying to rent phi delts house with their dues, also heard they will be moving out of phi delts house over summer, can any one confirm?

Delta Chi was a FSU for a long time and they have some good alumni. Fortunately, the Phi Delt house is compartmentalized so another fraternity can share with them next term.

I’m glad we had Previews. Rushees can spend rush week on College and down Pensacola and out to Herutage. They know where everyone is. Everyone should do well.
