alpha delt bid process

So I had this kid in my rush group and he showed up on the first day and toured all the heritage houses with us. On the second day he didn’t show up and our first house was alpha delt. We walked in and he was dressed up with black out aviators on at alpha delt like he was a brother? Super confused do they give bids and initiate in the same night? He was literally a pnm on Tuesday

No, SAE is the only fraternity that initiates within 24 hours of pledging. National rule. It doesn't seem to have hurt them.

They are getting suspended so they are trying to tie down as many brothers as they can so that when they are suspended officially, they will have those brothers and can function underground.
