Alpha delta phi needs to take responsibility for their actions but instead all they care about is trying to avoid ruining their reputation because of how immature they are.
News flash alpha delt- y’all lasted two weeks in that nice new house before ruining it for yourselves.
Own up and take some responsibility for your actions because what you men let happen in your own house was not okay and no one should ever have to go through what that girl did.

Right on college ave is KA, SAE, FIJI, and Alpha Delt until they move out. Near there is Kappa Sig and Theta Chi. Delt is about a block away closer to campus.
If you're planning on tailgating college ave, Go to any of the ones I mentioned except for (obviously) Alpha Delt, and FIJI. Everywhere else is fun.
Fingers crossed that Phi Tau takes that house, because them, Theta Chi, SAE, and Delt all being in the same area sounds like a blast.
