phi tau to college ave

So rumor has it Alpha Delta Phi is (already) being kicked out of their house and Phi Tau has plans to move in.
1. Is there any serious proof to this happening? I know Phi Tau is probably pretty serious about it because they HAVE to get out of their shack.
2. What would that mean for college ave, and for heritage?

Pike is fine on their island and once Lambda Chi and Phi Delt come back to their own houses those big chapters and big houses will be strong.
Phi Tau is real good, and they have made a good use of their HG clubhouse with the additions. Moving isn't going to make them any better or worse. They're already good and considering that they're pretty wild, being isolated out at HG is probably good protection for them. Granted, College Ave is where the energy is, but it's also where the garbage is and the greatest chances of getting in trouble. Amy is watching.

Greek rank = fake news. This is obviously another frat (phi tou) trying to get another fraternity in trouble just to put themselves in a better position before rush. Seems like a coward move. Trying to get AD in trouble is pointless, they don’t have that many brothers and they’ve done nothing but try extra hard to move up after the incident that had nothing to do with the fraternity. They may not all be the best looking but a lot of them are top tier material. In my opinion everyone else is butt hurt that alpha delt is the real life animal house. Not kidding, if you look up what frat the movie animal house is based on, it’s alpha delt. So, with this in mind, it seems that every other fraternity ever is trying to live up to alpha delt. Stop being immature and spreading fake news because at the end of the day you’re hurting your frat too.

Who in gods name would want to “live up to alpha delt”? People who enjoy the taste of human flesh?

alpha delt is always trying to provoke. it really just shows how idiotic and immature they are. do not rush this frat. They do not deserve any support for the lives that their brothers have ruined as a result of their actions.
