Sig Ep getting a new house (in college town, not on campus) but they also required to have a live-in male overseer to make sure thryre substance free. SPE becoming more like Beta than like Delt or ATO.

Do we know how old this guy is gonna be? Chances are it’ll just be an alum that’s a grad student or something. And idk about you but those guys love to drink too. I highly doubt they’re gonna stop drinking at their house lol
