quick description of each frat (for new rushees)

Pike - athletes, not as tight nit as other frats due to large brotherhood
Delt - soflo boys, worst hazing at FSU
Ato - always at the gym, few events
Phi tau - social suspension, no events for a couple years
Theta chi - cool guys but have one of the worst houses at FSU
Sig ep - solid guys who just got the old Chi Phi house, will be an interesting year for them
KA - rednecks with dad bods and few events
SAE - always partying, nicest house on college ave. Don’t know much more about them
Kappa Sig - good mix of guys, nice house, definition of a mid tier
Fiji - weird dudes that throw some decent events
Sigma pi - big house in heritage, weird mix of guys
Beta - study hard, rarely party

Alpha Delt - Really weird, but they're moving into the old Pikapp house so they have that going for them. Also they're called "face-eaters" for a reason so look that up before you rush
Phi Psi - Really small chapter, the only thing I remember about them is their rush chair texted me like 20 times asking me to come out to events. I can't really judge them though because I've never met any of them outside of rush.
TKE - Genuinely not sure if they're a chapter anymore.
Pi Lam - just got rechartered and I think they're taking over one of the houses in Heritage. Don't quote me on that
