No, the house is all messed up and broken. They’re fixing it up and upgrading it so it can be ready for Fall ‘20.

Their nationals won't hold on to a cash-producing asset like that and not use it, lmao

Either they'll sell it, or they'll lease it to another fraternity on campus. They'd be stupid not to.

National doesn’t own it. The alumni built it and own it. They’ll lease it out until Phi Delt comes back. We all need to get behind bringing all the really good old chapters back like Phi Delt, Lambda Chi, Sigma Chi, Phi Sig
