Theta is not above DG. Theta is top of mids with AXO, Pi Phi and XO. And those 3 are nicer and have better sisterhoods imo.
ADPI under ZTA and DDD.

In terms of sororities that are most competitive, and have the best "wholesome" "all around" girls- I would put adpi up top with KD. But most people look at it like this:
KD/ZTA
DDD/ADPI/DG
THETA/AXO/XO/PI PHI
