frat house living

by:

is it worth it to live in the house or is it okay to live away from the house? I’ve heard pros and cons to both. I’m worried I’d miss out on things if I don’t live in it.

Like you said, there are pros and cons:

Pros:
- Always something happening
- You’re living with your best friends
- You’ll never miss anything
- Pledges will clean your room
- Either close to campus(college ave) or close to other fraternities(heritage)
- It’s cheap as FU CK

Cons:
- Your stuff will probably get stolen from time to time
- Your house will smell, often
- Your stuff will be broken
- Much less privacy
- Id you don’t have pledges, the house will be a disaster
- You’ll be paying a lot more
