When you are rushing, ask them to show you where you would live in the house. Then it’s Heritage 100%.

Yes, the "on-campus" houses are old and run down and mostly crap holes.

I would say heritage for the mansions or phi tau, those are all really fun fraternity’s, but other than that i’d go somewhere on college ave

If you have a car then you should pledge a Heritage fraternity or get an apartment. No parking on College.
