Like someone else said earlier, 2 of the top 5 are in Heritafe and 2 are in the College area and ATO is in the middle.
Heritage has lots of room and parking. College is more convenient.

College Ave. You can get everywhere you want to go on foot in a few minutes.

College Ave gets my vote. I rarely go to Heritage. I like convenience.

College ave, there is a reason two fraternities are moving out of heritage

College Ave

College frat houses are closer to campus. But, for most part those buildings are beat too sheeaat old houses that sororities abandoned 30-40 years ago. They are too dated, small and cruddy to hold parties and the number of actives in house like they should. Most frat members can't fit in these houses and have to live off campus anyway. Some fijis are sleeping in hammocks for crying out loud.

Heritage is a little further out but the rooms are bigger newer condo suites and they all have huge party areas. Daily living conditions are much better.

Some think you are more under the administration thumb in heritage, but trust me we are all under the administration thumb wherever.

College Ave (or rather anywhere that’s “on campus”) is the move. Walk to class, walk to bars, walk to just about anything that’s relevant in Tallahassee. Heritage likely has better accommodations in general but in my opinion, I’d rather not be so far from just about everything I need and have to fight over parking spaces on campus every day.

On top of that, unless you’re pledging Pike you’re going to be in one of those sh itty, cookie-cutter houses that no one likes. There’s a reason why only Phi Tau, Delta Chi, Phi Psi, and TKE are left in those houses and it’s because they’re terrible.

And lastly we just got those bird scooters so you can literally go wherever you want around campus in a couple of minutes. College ave and the houses around it are definitely the move.

You’ve got Kappa Sig, SAE, and especially Theta Chi who are fuc king wild, KA if you’re a country boy, Fiji if that’s more your speed, and I think someone is moving into the old Pi Kapp house too. It’s gonna be live down there next year.

Sae and Fiji are really floundering out on College Ave right now. Hopefully ADPhi will have better luck.

ha ha ha I just remembered. One reason to join a fraternity in Heritage is that giant Publix across the street. Every hot sorority girl at FSU shops there.
