by: HonestlyHonestly if your in another fraternity how can you look at pikes house and even pretend like they are not the best. I go to another school but I see other decent frats but the guys in here plus the house I don’t see how you could be proud to be in another frat

I’m in a fraternity and I’m VERY proud of mine. I have nothing against the Pikes. I’ll give them their due props. They have a system and they would be great whether they had that house or not. I’m very happy with my Fraternity ad we just do not care about all the things that Pike seems obsessed with.
Heritage will be back up and running once the lambda Chis and Phi Delta come back if they ever do.

I think this whole conversation is silly. Take what everyone considers the Top Five fraternities: two are in Heritage (in very different houses), one is in an apartment complex on Park Avenue, one is in the very old single family-KD-Sig Ep and someone else house on Copeland, and the 5th is in a series of townhouses near the stadium. At Florida or Georgia or Alabama it might be the house. Here, its not.

Bro all of the houses on college ave, or really all of the on-campus ones(except for theta chi and beta) are good. Hell even FIJI and SAE have good houses. A good house is definitely a plus to rush the fraternity in question, but like you said it's only part of the equation. Rush with the guys you fw
