Please girls - do not pay attention to this site. It is heavily biased with a middle school mentality. Do not listen or be persuaded by “top tier, bottom tier (middle, top middle, top bottom???)” garbage. Choose where you LOVE!!! If a friend or guy likes you or dislikes you because of what sorority you are in?! Not worth your time.
All FSU sororities have something to offer depending on where you feel best and most at home.

Its true you should look for the group you fit into. But, if your group is a lower tier sorority and you want to improve its ranking there's no way to do it.

But the point is - enjoy your chapter as if there are no tiers. Join to improve yourself from within and to enhance your college experience and to make meaningful friendships so as to improve the lives and experiences of your sisters. Not to worry about or think about your ranking. I get what Recruitment Twice said and it is a great lesson and message.
