SAE has improved a lot in the last 2 years. Their house on College Ave is always poppin’ . Lots of girls in the apartment complex across the street hang out there. Lots of parties, fun fraternity events. I’d say they are one of the gems of College Ave. My house sisters have been on their date functions and they’ve been on ours. And none of us would have listed them on this thread. Maybe 2-3 years ago but not anymore. Amongst the sororities, SAE’s are known to have a fun house, be good dates and normal guys. Not ‘’goobers’. Definitely improving.

Ha Ha Ha So it seems to be true ....Lol-I’m not a SAE. But word on the street is Some of the lower frats have people checking this page daily and posting twice a week bashing SAE. So I gave my honest opinion and, quickly, here is your response so now we know it’s true-Jealous frats checking and posting negative reviews. Worry about your own frat. SAE, you’ve had a good rush the last two years. That is obvious from the hate U are getting on this page. The other frats are feeling threatened. You can take this as a complement! The more hate you get the more you are rising. And that is a fact. Just check the top-tier sorority on this site. Good luck with your fall rush!

Wow thanks everyone for contributing. I still don’t think I’d rush SAE. It seems like a fine house but I wanna rush Beta, Sigma Pi, and most likely Delta Chi. Fiji has a cool house though, will check them out.
