My God stop saying things like this. Nobody's gone for good and if you're in a fraternity you should fight to keep the good fraternities here. Phi Delt built and owns that house. They have a suspension for a specific number of years after which they will be back. Every fraternity on this campus except KA has been kicked off at one time or another.

Not that it makes any difference because they're great now, but the Delts got kicked off in 1970 and didn't return until 1977. Check your pledge materials and give me fifty.

Check Loopnet or the local MLS. The nationals aren't pushing for reinstatement after the suspension either. Sad but unfortunately true

It's not true that the Phi Delt house is for sale or that their National doesn't want to come back. This is a historic chapter for Godssake. Burt Reynolds was a brother here.
There is NO INDICATION that Phi Delt isn't coming back or that their house is for sale. The university supports their return.
STOP telling lies about Phi Delt.

You’re lying or delusional. I don’t root for anyone to be kicked off but I know the situation pretty well and FSU will not have a Phi Delt chapter for AT LEAST 8 years. So anyone on this site has seen the last of them unless you’re trying to go visit for parents weekend when your kids go here.
