When frats get kicked off they create a vacuum in the spot they leave.
Theta Chi is replacing that vacuum left by top frats getting kicked off by moving into the spot once held by ATO, who also moved up. Phi Tau is also in a similar position but they've always been considered up there as well.
Sig Ep is replacing Theta Chi at the top of the middle tier as they move out of Heritage.
Kappa Sig or SAE will replace Sig Ep in that dead middle spot depending on how they do next year.
Sigma Pi or FIJI, again depending on how they do, will notch a spot up from where they are.
Not a brother in any of the fraternities mentioned but that's just how I see it as of now. Hope that answers your question

will get hate for it but i’m going to say sigma pi, they are gaining a lot of relevancy because of the new house they got and with a house like that generally comes a better pledge class, especially being next to pike. I would also say sig ep has gotten a lot better people hate on sig ep too but imo they have moved past kappa sig and KA

Theta Chi for sure. I think with the departures of some top fraternities they've moved into the top tier at this point.
It's really those in the middle that are jockeying for position here. And it shows

100%, especially theta chi. All moved on campus and have grown exponentially. That's what happens when better fears get kicked off.

SAE isn’t really a rising fraternity, if anything they were better in previous years, not even hating on them not a bad frat but almost anyone who has hung around them 3 years ago could tell you they aren’t as good as they used to be

Being a girl in a pretty well known sorority I say Theta Chi and Sig Ep are the two fraternities on the rise. I think Phi Tau is going down hill, along with KA. I don’t think SAE is getting any better except for the fact that they have less competition with frats being kicked off. Sigma Pi and Fiji are still irrelevant to me, never hear about them.
