I’ve seen a bunch of posts about people arguing the positions of theta, xo, pi phi, and axo in the middle tier. What are the differences between them?

From a guy’s perspective? Honestly not that much. I’d go on a date function with a girl in any of those sororities. I know girls in all of those chapters and haven’t had a problem with any.

all pretty similar but as of now it’s probs theta axo xo pi phi and anyone with a good rush in the fall can move around
