Nothing wrong with College but except for KA none of those houses were built to be fraternity houses. They are old family homes built 100 years ago. The only real fraternity houses are KA, plus the three big houses in Heritage Grove. I know ATO wants to build and so does SPE. Maybe they will. FSU should stop kicking fraternities off just for show.

@blair the house fiji is in now was built by sigma pi in the 80’s and is not a bad fraternity house at all

All of the houses on college are honestly pretty good like design-wise. The location is good too. I heard there was a rumor that Pike was going to buy the old PiKapp house and turn it into a satellite house, which would be great for college ave in general. If a top-tier fraternity had a spot there, it would be so much better.
