three tiers: top, middle, and bottom.

Before I start: my fraternity was kicked off in 2017. This is just from what I’ve seen, I’m not “self-ranking” or anything of the sort, since it seems like every other post is accusing someone of ranking their own fraternity/sorority higher than it should be.
And this is pre-homecoming pairs, which might change some things based on what I’ve heard.

sigma pi too high their house didn't make em any less weird. me and my friends never go there for tailgates after the first one, even when in heritage. other than that i can't really argue

So where should I rank them instead? Truthfully I only put Sigma Pi there because they got the old ZBT house, and with a better house generally comes a better pledge class.

saying fiji is better than sae might be a bit of a stretch, but i do agree that sae isn’t as good as they once were and sigma pi isn’t as bad as they once were, things do change
