New rushees, no point wasting your time in heritage when you rush next fall. Basically zero relevant frats left there after this year and who the hell wants to drive their car out there during pledging, no thanks. College ave is definitely the move

College Avenue is packed back to back with old former apartments and family homes converted to make-believe fraternity houses.
Heritage is where the big Publix is, and where the Pikes and Phi Taus are.
