people really can’t seem to understand that over time fraternity’s change, sae is no longer a relavent fraternity and a few other fraternity’s who your not used to hearing are starting to get a lot better being that we are now missing phi delt, phi sig, pi kapp ect

I always see phi tau as number three but why? what is this based off of? they throw snoasis every year which turns out pretty well but other than that what do they do? not to mention their house sucks

I'm not one. Phi Tau is #3 because they have great guys and they're a big prestige fraternity. Their house does not suck. Its right at the entrance to Heritage. They have a chapter room, a party deck, and rooms for 48 Brothers. Pike and PhiTau are two of the top 3 fraternities.

big prestige fraternity? not even close phi tau has like 85 active chapters lol and yeah their house is kinda bad considering they have the same house at TKE DX phi psi. the only thing they do is snoasis
