Delt is superior to ATO but ATO is a solid #3.
Sig Ep is not as good at TX.
If the are still around Phi Tau would be in the top tier at #4.

u think phi sig is not only still relavent but top tier because they give dirty bids to 3 new random guys every semester after being kicked off campus? yikes

also sae is an awful fraternity probably one of the worst nationally
