Delt and Phi Tau are both top tier fraternities. All the fraternities here take lots of juniors. You shouldn't have a problem. But take time to look around at all the fraternities. Don't limit yourself to just those two.

First of all, good fraternities don't use the term "PNM" potential new members. That is for sororities and weak fraternities. Good fraternities are looking for pledges to create a pledge class. Has nothing to do with hazing. It has to do with being men.
