I assume what you mean is: is a normal guy who's also a junior able to get into a good fraternity?
Whether you're a normal guy or not is left to speculation.
Yes is the answer. All the fraternities at FSU pledge juniors.
The top sororities tend to not pledge anyone but freshmen.
