Serious question. Does it bother the so-called lower and bottom tier sororities that they can never rise within the rankings? Sorority formal recruitment rules prevent this from ever happening even though the rules do pretty much guarantee very sorority a new members class. I understand that 'ranking' isn't important to everyone or even most people.
