What is the overall perception of phi tau?

Phi Tau is a good upper level fraternity with excellent location at the entrance to HG and a solid reputation with sororities. They don't try to be someone or something they're not. They don't care about tiers. Good guys.

In a sorority and phi taus kinda do their own thing. Only thing I know them for is that snow party. Kinda low key and too themselves in my opinion. Cute guys tho
