Just heard one of Lambda Chi Billionaire alums donated 1 million dollars in a trust for Lambda Chi return in 2019 and to get the party started they have just booked the Chain Smokers and G-Easy for their re-colonization rush week in 2019-20 They will get their house back and plan to remodel before moving back in.

They are great guys and a great chapter. Fantastic to have them back. By the way they don't have any billionaire alums but they do have a lot of wealthy ones.

Actually one of the Waltons (Wal-Mart)grandsons is coming this fall, Robson Walton has started a trust just for the FSU chapter of 1 million for recruitment. Two Walton bros who were Lambda Chi’s at the Univ of Arkansas donated 1 BILLION dollars to Lambda Chi national to be used for recruitment, housing purchase and housing repair along with scholarships.

Everyone did it the same way. SAE, ATO, Sig Ep, Pike all were gone at least five years. Their national office sent in recruiters and they all came back, even without houses at first.
