most accurate sorority tier ranks 2018

3 tiers period! These are in order within tier.
These are the true rankings.To be honest the order within tier doesn't really matter. You can't tell the difference between a ZTA KD DG or DDD unless they are wearing letters...really nor can you tell the difference between a theta, axo, xo or pi phi. The order within tier is based on the majority of each chapters members. You will find stunning girls in almost every house and less attractive members in all...some houses just have far more attractive and accomplished members. While all this is superficial because 90% of ranks is based on looks, this is the true Greek ranks at FSU. Some may disagree upon ranking within tier but in reality these are where each chapter falls based on the 3 tier system.\n\n\n\n\nTOP-

OP did a great job!! The "Top 5" are always the same (however, I might switch ADPI and Tri-Delt....just my opinion.) However, I would DEFINITELY mix it up on the mid-level. XO and AXO have had some strong, recent PCs. Love the 3 tiers though.

These are 100% accurate

Several have suggested axo and xo should be before theta but I do not agree yet. Let’s see what happens after rush
Also while I like Adpi very much ddd is still ahead

Just out curiosity... when did ZTA become a top house? I’m old as dirt but if someone had told me 20 years ago that ZTA would be in the top 3 houses st FSU I would have laughed. I mean, good for them. That’s great that things can change around. I’m just curious. When I was there, (last century) Pi Phi was hands down best house. Did they get kicked off years ago and never recover?? I wasn’t Pi Phi but they were def a league of their own. All the other rankings are about spot on from the time I was their... except tri delt / they teetered on being #6. Always had a crew of cringey girls. Just sayn’. ‘Twas a long long time ago tho😜

Around 2005-6 Zta became an upper tier house.
By 2008-9 they moved into the top.

Info based on my Older cousin who was in Fsu Greek life at the time.
Pi phi is still a great solid house.
