Top:
1) pike: biggest house, cool tailgates, spend a lot of money
2) ato: valhalla was the best party in spring, last pledge class was large, lots of money
3) delt: one of the best but moving down, no IFC leaders, no social events/ financial trouble
the rest of the frats are kinda irrelevant now since most kids will go to the three above but here we go:
4) phi tau: coming off IDA, snoasis is cool but don't do much besides it
5) KA: coming off social suspension, have a lot to gain with frats gone. liked by kd but weren't able to pair with them
6)theta chi: don't hear much they're just there, most are weird but some are really good looking, didn't do anything in the spring
