HERITAGE GROVE IS DEAD. If it weren't for PIKE there would be NO reason to go. Even living over there now... IT AINT COOL, LAME ACTUALLY, maybe it was trendy in 2011 but not now. Notice how all the house outside of heritage are rising, no one wants to go anymore!! PIKE is saving it FOR NOW. If Pike gets kicked off... RIP HERITAGE FOREVER. You'll catch me and my girls in the city streets of Tally.... NOT soon planned frat apartment complex .... ew.

HG is home to three of the largest fraternities at FSU: Pike, Phi Delt, Theta Chi. Phi Tau is considered one of the best fraternities.
"Me and my girls"? Maybe you're a pimp and you're talking about your stable.

If college ave is doing so well and heritage is so bad why are you on here trying to convince people not go to, or rush heritage grove fraternity’s? sounds like a desperate attempt to get more people at your tailgate this weekend

All these saes and fijis pissing and moaning because they are getting passed up by Sigma Pi and Delta Chi. And now ADphi is next to 'em in the hood. Haha, college ave is becoming a sewer. Heard KA is threatening to sue the city for loss in property value.

In the movie Animal House the Delta Tau Chi house was a dumpster fire. The Omegas' house was clean and filled with ambitious leaders. It's only a losers' fantasy to think that the real Omegas don't actually run things and that the DTX guys are somehow superior. In real life the future doesn't belong to Pinto and Flounder.

Go back and look at some of the rankings on the discussion pages. Most of them are in the ballpark correct.
But don't make your pledge decision based on rankings. Go where you feel you fit in.
