Phi Mu is good! In my personal experience, all of the Phi Mu's(I'm pretty involved on campus so I have met a lot) I have met have fit that description you said and are beyond nice and super cute. From my interaction it seems like they have an incredibly strong sisterhood as well.
Honestly, FSU has A LOT of amazing chapters so don't get too caught up in what people say or pre conceived notions before going through recruitment. Basically what I am trying to say is that go through recruitment with an open mind and base how you feel about a chapter through your personal conversation/interaction with the chapter not other peoples. So, take what I say and what other people say or comment or whatever with a grain of salt because the only opinion that matters is your own. :D
