what exactly is heritage grove?

I was looking up off campus apartments for the summer and the Heritage Grove came up? I thought that was strictly for fraternities. So if i rush in the fall and join a house thats in HG, I wouldn't be living/partying in an actual fraternity house? Just an apartment complex with letters on it?

Basically. Then they have the fraternity "house" which is essentially one big room.

Which fraternities have a real house? The pike house is in HG but its its own building right?

Or, you could live in an old converted family home on College that is falling apart. Or you could be a Kappa Sig and live in splendor.

College ave is passing the grove. Counting squids and theta chi (who just copped the land next to KA/Onyx) that's 7 fraternities all in short walking distance with Pots, Derd and Clydes. Take a look at college ave on a game day this fall.
