Has anyone else realized how much they have improved? 80's Aspen was the best party I've been to in a long time and their pledge classes have just been getting better and better. Arguably one of the top on-campus fraternities with the best house at FSU.

Kappa Sig is OK but not better than that. The KAs have a better house and Theta Chi will be building one even better than that.

I like 90% of this post, theyre not top by any means yet, definitely improving tho. As for this self rank talk, there are so many trolls on this site that i honestly think they pick a different frat every couple months to mess with.

These dudes get a decent bit of hate from others afraid of getting their place taken, keep up the good work squids it doesnt go unnoticed.
