yes this is accurate, does it make a huge difference? Well that really depends on where your values lie. Honestly all the chapters at FSU have special and unique gifts to offer and it's up to you to sift through and determine the people you click with. There is nothing bad about being "top" tier or even bottom its really all about the people who you share the next 4 years with.. Good luck to all and welcome home to FSU
