most under and over estimated sororitys

my sister is in a sorority and she doesn't wanna tell me anything ablut what the others chapters are like but she did tell me that sometimes during rush there are chapters that make themselves out to be super cool when they arent.... So what are the most under and over estimated sororitys? I just dont want to join a place that says they're something but in reality is another. Like academics are super impt to me and I dont wanna a join a house that says theyre really into school but arent really

honestly each sorority has good and bad things about them, just as anything does. However there are some chapters that seem to be hyped up more than what they are and others that are really great but dont get that kind of acknowledgment
