So underrated. pc19 was one of the best out of all the houses. probably would be considered top tier and not "top middle" if greek life didn't insist on keeping the same 5 houses as top tier even if they clearly dont deserve it.

Such a sweet group of girls. They really care about their philanthropy and sisterhood. They get a lot of hate for being “miami-mamis” but their chapter has a lot of diversity. Already a great chapter but going up

I got dropped from theta 2nd round, but every girl I’ve met has been such a sweetheart. Not a lot of drama compared to other srat houses. I honestly can’t tell the difference in looks between them and dg. From what I can tell they have a great sisterhood and frats love them. panlove

To all pnms planning on going through recruitment: this website is extremely toxic and does not present accurate representations of any sorority! All of the chapters have amazing, kind women, and you will find your sisterhood through genuine conversations and interactions. We need to continue to lift each other up in these extremely difficult times :)

Theta has always been a top tier top 5 house at FSU for like ever. Very consistent with their pledge classes. Never number 1 but never not in top 5. Have a great group of party girls, sweet girls, hot chicks and baggers. Every house has baggers that they had during rush. Great solid house to pledge.

Biggest self rankers on Greek Rank and not the nicest group. Desperate to be in the Top 5. If you aren’t liberal and from Miami/Ft. Lauderdale then you might be happier elsewhere. (They often have girls drop to rerush other sororities.) They have potential but need to do better.

Paired with Sig Ep this year for hoco and they popped off. Love thetas... all of the girls are hot and chill and actually care about their philanthropy. top tier forsure, but who cares about that anyways.
