Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Florida State University - FSU 1.0 Do not rush here. This is not the “classic fraternity” experience you’re looking for. They have a dry house policy now which means no alcohol on their premises, and no parties and tailgates can be thrown at their house. They also have a house dad which will be living in the house to enforce these rules. It’s basically managed like a sorority. These guys live on the website and say they’re top tier but in reality they are not and everyone knows it. They’re one of the worst fraternities at Florida State. Don’t fall for the lies.

Do not rush here. This is not the “classic fraternity” experience you’re looking for. They have a dry house policy now which means no alcohol on their premises, and no parties and tailgates can be thrown at their house. They also have a house dad which will be living in the house to enforce these rules. It’s basically managed like a sorority. In real life on the actual campus you will soon notice that these guys are one of the best on campus, and that everyone loves them. The bad reviews are salty guys who either didn’t get a bid, or are in a lower ranked frat and are jealous. They’ve always been one of the better frats and had the highest amount of pledges, and they now have a brand new mansion and is easily the nicest out of everyone’s. Also, Sig Ep has probably the best sorority relations out of any frat here. Don’t let the KA, SAE, or Delta Chi’s who can’t get a bid from here try to tell you that these guys are “goobs” they also say pikes are goobs and pikes the #1 frat. You’ll find out soon enough that this website is a joke for bottom and low middle tiers and that Sig Ep is where the girls always hangout.
