Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Florida State University - FSU 3.2 They seem pretty sweet from the few times I was there. There is definitely a large variety of people in Chi Phi and a place for just about everyone. Lot's of straight guys that know how to have a good time and make sure their guests are well taken care of. I'm going to say they seemed a little below average on their class, however it was a party so that could be different at other events.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Florida State University - FSU 3.8 Honestly I miss a lot of the older brothers and the ones who graduated within the last year or so. On the rise for sure but some of them are questionable. Very very pissed off about their bar situation... they had new brothers who didnt do their job right at all. I was standing there for so long trying to get a drink and they kept skipping around and ignored me when I said (IN A NICE WAY) I had been waiting.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Florida State University - FSU 3.5 Chi Phi is definitely an up and coming fraternity this fall. They're taking back the phi psi house which means they're in prime location for tailgates in the fall. If they can keep up with some other lower tier fraternities in terms of recruiting they have a really good chance of getting up there. Keep an eye on these ones.
