Some of theese rankings are total bs, just other frats down ranking them cause Delt and Pike are the competition. Truth: top tier frats are Pike and Delt hands down. The difference between the two? Pikes get a certain type of girl: hot, multiple tattoos, daddy issues, ect. Delts can get those girls but they get all different types of girls too cause they don't have a really bad reputation like Pike. Delts brotherhood is ten times that of Pikes but they're also 10x smaller.
