Theta is a great house, with a lot of awesome girls. Unfortunately, sometimes they are less social and involved within the Greek community than other houses, which most people attribute to their consistent studying for some reason. They aren't huge participants within social life, but they do have a presence on campus. They definitely have some odd ones, but a lot of solid, attractive, intelligent girls as well. It's a weird mix of girls, but it works.

They are obsessed with themselves. If they aren't busy admiring themselves they can be found swooning over phis. They are the only girls they talk to. For this reason, FIJI is a poor representation of the greek community at Drake.

They are losing status very quickly. Everyone says they study a lot, but they don't even always get top GPA (lost to DG more than once)

I've met so many cool Phis and they are all driven and going places. Also they are very involved in everything which is kind of overwhelming but this is why they recruit so well. Plus they love to party which is a plus

They tend to have a negative stereotype of being stuck up and way too into partying, and it's mostly backed up by evidence. They can almost always be seen out, and are consistently not getting good grades and sometimes can be very mean towards other houses as well as completely in their own bubble. Like all houses though, there is exceptions to this and a lot of solid women are in Theta as well. Their pledge class this year was a little mixed, but all in all good.
