What's Hot - University of Denver - UD

One of the most enjoyable sororities in general to party with or just hang out in general. Most are pretty down to earth, by DU standards anyway.

Socially we have pretty fun events, but we don't let in a bunch of random people we don't know. Would you let a bunch of randos in your house? Probably not. Our associate member classes do presentations on respect at each sorority. Our brotherhood is very strong, although you wouldn't know that unless you were a part of it. We aren't that involved in DU events, but do a fair amount of philanthropy in surrounding areas such as food drives & volunteering at elementary schools and food shelters.

I never really hear of these guys doing much and all the cool ones I know dropped after their sophomore year. They do a fair amount of philanthropy and show up to DU events, but they just seem kinda weird if you ask me. Although they're pretty nice guys, they just aren't that fun to hang out with.

Pretty classy as whole. They had their pledge classes come to my sorority chapter to talk about respecting women the past few years. I think they do that with all of the sororities. They're really fun to be around in general. They appear to have a very strong brotherhood. If you mess with one at a party or bar, at least 30 others are gonna be there to back them up. I've also seen some who have gone through hard times and their brothers seem to be their biggest supporters. Overall, great guys.

They're ok I guess . Some of the guys are cool, but there are quite a few strange ones that got bids. They don't have a pledge process, you're initiated almost immediately after getting a bid so I don't know how they call someone a brother after 10 days, but thats their choice. I never hear about their parties being that great. They aren't that big of an influence on campus and appear to try a little too hard to be "fratty".

They're a bunch of hot, slightly smart girls - but girls they are. I know a few gphis who are really, truly kind and very tolerant of others, but sadly, a lot of them are unlike that. They're kind of known as the very ditzy, very drunk sorority. Most of the fraternities I hang out with often make fun of them behind their backs, which is unfair to them but true. I've heard from those inside that their sisterhood is lacking and there is a lot of infighting. Overall a somewhat good group.

Chi O's have a healthy amount of some of the most beautiful girls in the school and have some weird ones. I think most of the strange ones graduated so they have a lot of potential at recruitment this year. They don't get a lot of attention cause they are brand new, not because they aren't social. I think most of the girls do choose to go out and I noticed that when they do, they're the center of attention and have the most fun. Their defining quality is their atypical style and intelligence.

Only hang out with each other. Only thing they got going for them is their house is one of the nicer ones. Otherwise they're kinda awkward to hang around and not that cute.

The girls that I do know in gphi are all really down to earth and easy to talk to. They always support other Greek life activities and events which is awesome. Definitely one of the best sororities on campus!
